Exchanges & Shipping Policy

Exchange policy

You may exchange a product in our stores or through our online store within 30 days of purchase, with your receipt. Contact customer service at (661) 344-2960 or psilouette27@hotmail.com, or visit a store. The following conditions apply:

  • Sale and promotional items cannot be exchanged for a different size, color or style; exchanges are available only for quality issues.
  • Bodysuits are considered underwear and are eligible for exchange only under warranty.
  • Exchanges are based on the original purchase price and are subject to inventory availability.
  • Items must be unused and unwashed, with their original tags and packaging.
  • Only one exchange is permitted per purchase.
  • We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns are accepted for store credit only, within 30 days of purchase, subject to the return policy requirements.

Shipping policy

We ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available.

  • Orders of $100 USD or less: standard shipping is $8 USD.
  • Orders over $100 USD: free standard shipping.

Available options and the applicable cost are shown before payment.

The stated delivery time is 3–5 business days within the United States, counted from transaction approval.

Payment must be completed when placing the order; cash on delivery is not available. Check that your address and contact details are complete to avoid delivery problems.
